When I study your problem, I need to model the patterns that characterize it. Modelizations are consistent if couched in a categorical language, and by category I mean something like a network. Real life blocks however are resolved not at this elementary, ground level, but at the higher categorical level, where in addition to nodes and links in our network, we give links some additional structure. When you elevate this categorical architecture in this manner, you reach the meta-level analysis.

There are things that we know exist, things that we can feel, yet cannot fully grasp, or just explain in plain terms. This is due to the fact that somehow those things are bleeding into higher dimensions we do not fully have access to from our reality.

To think that reality as we know it is not simply limited to what we observe but also includes higher realms that are not visible to us, this sounds like something ``believers” would naturally agree with, but not skeptics. However the fact that there is such a thing as higher spheres which are not fully accessible to us, this is purely derived from mathematical constructs that have no connection to any belief system. In other terms, this is purely derived from reason alone, hence is completely independent of any belief system. It just is.

Insight into something subsumes there is a separation between you and that which you consider. As a result of this separation, just having an insight is usually not sufficient to resolve your situation. What is needed is to fully embrace your problem, and that comes after gaining insight. This second step is purely experiential, and that’s what is sometimes referred to as ``consciousness elevation”, for lack of a better descriptor.
